Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within 15 days of moving to a paid plan, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
How will I be billed if I change my plan?
You will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the month in which you change your plan.
What happens to my unused test invites?
If a candidate does not take the test, you can choose to cancel and reclaim unused test invites at any time, irrespective of the plan that you are subscribed to. The credit will be restored to your account.
Can I change my payment method?
You can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.
Can I change my plan or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime during the course of your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
